1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Ripe Bananas
8 Teaspoons of Jam
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine oats, walnuts and bananas in a blender or food processor.
Use a spoon to scoop batter/dough onto a greased cookie sheet (makes 6-10 cookies depending on size preference).
Use thumb to make an indent for the jam.
Spoon jam into each cookie.
Bake for 15 minutes.
