  1. Hey there! Yes, for the most part this is me joking and being dramatic. I am always trying new diets, new challenges, etc. This one just hasn’t gone well for me. I may try again in the future but cut things out slowly instead of just diving in 100%. For now though we’re going to start doing one-two days a week without meat or dairy and cut back on red meat and dairy products throughout the rest of the week. Thanks for checking in with me and for following. I hope this post wasn’t offensive!

  2. I think having a reason (for me it was joint, cardiovascular and immune system health) to go whole food plant based really helped me draw a line in the sand so to speak. Yummly is an app that helps me immensely with plant based recipes and are catered to omitted ingredients. It’s free and will help you get creative during transition.
