Fitness Friday-Update

This will be a brief update because I’m not feeling the blog today.

I am working out 5 days a week and I’m loving it (most of the time).
I started with 50 pound dead lifts and I’m up to 90 pounds!!!
I can do 13 regular push-ups.
I am down 5 pounds.
I’ve lost 2 1/2 inches from my spare tire.
I am making progress with emotional eating. The other day I started gorging myself on cheesecake. Literally, it was still in the box and I just grabbed a fork and started going to town. I stopped myself, mid-bite and threw the thing away. Yes, I threw away cheesecake, but it was necessary.
